I only have the outmost respect for Arlin Liss. He is a
modern day artist in a world of mass marketed and mass produced products. (
very refreshing) Most furniture is CNC produced for the masses. The old hand
crafted way is a thing of the past. I will not go into my praises. They
are all ready been eloquently state by past customers. Those praises are
part of the reason I did business with Arlin.
I took me countless hours to find Arlin. Going thought all
the makers of humidors who promised craftsmanship and attention to detail.
They were just words. I came across a site that was similar. After
comparing the two, it was apparent who was a true artist. The other was
just paying the ultimate compliant, DUPLICATION.
I took a drive to see Arlin. His shop was excellent and wood
selection was amazing. It became apparent that Arlin has a true passion for
what he does. As a business owner I have a true admiration for this. After
the meeting, I knew Arlin would be making my humidor.
He delivered what he promised. A true piece of furniture
that goes beyond the functions of a humidor. The lines were crisp and the
finish work was excellent. The style was like no other. It retains
humidity better than anything I have ever had. It now sits in a formal
living room with other fine antiques. ( the wife wanted it there).
If fine quality and a passion for excellence is what you
desire, Arlin is the man. Like a true artist, his work will not be
appreciated until he is gone...
thank you
