substituted [if desired] to either dedicated boxed storage area if
desired in lieu of Quilted Maple at no cost
- 12 separate drawers for loose cigar
storage to have floors made of solid wood slats positioned on
diagonals with a combined of fixed and 'felt bumpered' moveable
dividers
- each of the 12 separate drawers for
loose cigar storage to be +/- 1.5" tall
- an overhanging 'top' to be added of
wood Cocobolo
- legs to have leg levelers to
insure flatness regardless of floor condition

- Controls- MT530 Controller regulating:
- Humidifier: Hand crafted 'Artisan
Humidifier' situated in drawer with water maximum water capacity as
space allows
Cooling: insulate cabinet [sides, rear, floor and ceiling and
rears of doors; install three AC units in rear wall with ducting to
prevent co-mingling of exhaust and intake air; provide for condensate
collection and drainage into Humidifier
Start/Completion: Work to start upon
the completion of prior orders [anticipated July 1, 2010] with
105 day
allowance for construction
Payment: 1/3 with order; 1/3 when work
starts; final 1/3 when completed and ready for crating/shipment
