• Drawer and door to have locks keyed alike
• Behind door to have:
  • one additional drawers for loose cigars
  • 2 drawers for boxed cigar storage
• Face/sides/drawer face/door all to be 'flat faced' with edges 'eased'
• Base to extend 1/2" wider than cigar storage area
• Top of cabinet to be designed to overhang cabinet minimally with underside of edge of top bevel cut to suit

6. Hardware: to be selected from Whitechapel Hardware with a budget of +/-$100.00

7. Controls: Artisan Humidifier as shown below sized to fit

9. Underside Treatment: Adjustable leg levelers

10. Start / Completion:

• Commence work in +/- 6 months from receiving deposit
• Complete work +/- 30 days after commencement
