January 29, 2008: Sides for both cabinets have been 'roughly' completed.

  

January 30,2008: All 4 sides now completed

August 7, 2008:
Assembly of the 1st of 2 cabinets commenced...

August 9, 2008:
Second of the pair is assembled and the veneer for the drawer faces on the bottom and the locker faces has been made

August 28. 2008

Doors made and set into recessed solid brass hinges; Rosewood trim applied to edges

September 1, 2008:

Base made for each cabinet

   

and framing to support AC and Humidifier fabricated

            

September 2, 2008:
framing support for AC & Humidifier installed and Humidifier opening created and support framing installed

    

September 9, 2008 :

completed AC units installed into base & Humidifier installation completed:

October 8, 2008:

Instrument panel made and installed in cabinets; lower drawers for both Cabinets made and fitted into cabinet; 'butt match' panel being glued up for lower drawers on both cabinets

 

   

 

   

October 11, 2008:

 Drawer fronts for both cabinets have been sized and fitted and glass has begun to be set into the 4 doors

      

 

November 3, 2008:

1. Locker framework completed and doors with raised center panels made; hinging doors is next step

   

2. More insulation place in underside beneath humidifier area;

 

 3/ condensation 'catch' and return pump installed;

   

November 7, 2008
      "Lockers" being worked on before being inserted/suspended in Humidor
                   

November 9, 2008: Door faces for lockers completed
                
                    

February 26, 2009: Locker fitted into Cabinet

March 25, 2009: Display shelves with hidden storage

April 8, 2009: Trays for display shelves and lockers completed

    April 30, 2009: Fresh air intake ductwork created to allow for 'insertion' into a recessed opening adjacent to fireplace.

July 15, 2009 Cabinets have been lacquered
   
   

August 1, 2009: Reassembly of sprayed components begins with the doors, seals, locks and lastly glass

                         

                   

August 6, 2009: Reassembly of 'display' cabinet

 August 8, 2009: Drawer faces attached on both cabinets and 'finished hardware' installed on door locks

 August 17. 2009: Lockers installed with doors. Knobs are installed and 'brass card holders' due in tomorrow
