 1. Cost : $30,000  Plus Crating/Shipping/Delivery

2. Size/design/description:

[a]  2 individual cabinets; each one  +/84" tall  30" wide ; 30 " deep [+/- 72"cabinet atop a 10" base],
[b] Temperature controlled with 1" thick
R30 Vacuum Panel Aerospace insulation and 200% of recommended BTU output Thermoelectric cooler
[c] Artisan Controller A/C & RH
[d] internal air recirculation fans regulated by independent adjustable electric timer relay.
[e] all AC & humidifiers concealed within base and not visible from exterior; all devices to be outside of cigar storage space

3. Exterior Materials:   Mahogany [furniture grade plywood] for external case with solid mahogany accent trim applied.
 

4. Interior Materials: Cigar cabinet to be lined with floating panels of 1/4" thick solid Spanish cedar and pullout trays & drawers of Mahogany to a configuration of mutual consent.

5. Design elements/features:
  •  middle 1/3 of both halves of the cabinet  to have series of  2" high drawers for loose cigar storage
  •  remaining space above and below to be externally accessible drawers for boxed storage;  each drawer having their own seal
  •  A/C and Humidity controlled by Artisan Controller
  •  Internal liner of solid 1/4" floating panels of Spanish Cedar
  •   Spacing of boxed cigar storage shelving to allow +/- 5-8" height as design permits
  •  Drawer height for loose cigar storage to be for 2 layers of cigars
 

    To incorporate design elements of each of the below:
 

  • To have 'shear' sides and simple overhang top as shown below
     

                                  

  • Each of the two cabinets to have 'all drawers' as shown';  the below is a very crude 'cut and paste' of another cabinet I made to illustrate design issues. the proportions of the cabinet below are NOT meant to PRECISELY reflect what your dimensions will result in. The photo  shows 3 rows of mid height drawers but yours will be built with 6 rows of drawers for loose stick storage; there will be three  +/- 8"  tall drawers for boxed storage beneath and four +/-6" drawers for boxed storage above the six +/-2" tall mid height 'loose stick drawers'

6. Hardware: "file cabinet grade" drawer glides with positive stops to hold drawer closed and brass drawer pulls

7. Controls: Artisan  Cooling and Humidifier

8. Finish: Lacquer 'hand rubbed' effect

9. Underside Treatment: leg levelers

10. Start / Completion: Commence work in April 2008 with 90 days additional for construction .
 

11. Payment...25% with order;  25%  when 'casework' commences; final 50%  due when your ready for Shipment.
