I first found Arlin Liss' website a year ago while
looking for humidors on the internet. I called Arlin
up and advised him regarding my interest in a custom
made humidor. I like the "mission" style of furniture
and he suggested a side-board concept for a humidor
cabinet. A proposal was drafted and I liked the
overall design. I was kept fully appraised of
progress throughout the construction process with
frequent digital photos and updates. The final
product was shipped to me in November and was eagerly
awaited. It was carefully boxed up in a custom
fabricated crate and frame.
The walnut sideboard buffet greatly exceeded my
expectations. The quality of the finish, joinery, and
tightness of fit, are perfect. The automated
humidification system works perfectly keeping my
cigars at 70% in a stable environment. I have placed
my humidor cabinet in my rec. room with my pool table
and wine storage unit. It fits the decor nicely. I
view it as a "one-off" custom designed piece of art
work. My friends and family are equally impressed with
the workmanship and "tightness" of the unit. Please

I would recommend Arlin without reservation. He is a
"straight-up" honest guy who does phenomenal quality
work. My next project will be for Arlin to make me a
matching gun cabinet to go next to the humidor
cabinet. If you like handmade, custom, quality work,
whether it's a desktop humidor or a large cabinet,
Arlin is your man without a doubt.
