Dear Arlin, 

I wanted to a minute and thank you for your wood wizardry in the construction of my Humidor. I was so excited through the whole process and was extremely concerned as to whether you were going to meet the very high expectations that I had set for you and my new Humidor. You didn’t disappoint, as I removed it from the crate I was just ecstatic at the quality that was evidenced in every detail. 

You made every change and adjustment just as we discussed and your suggestions were all very much appreciated but it was the quality and fit and finish that has me taking the time to send you this note of gratitude. There aren’t very many folks that can perform a dovetail or rout in hardware like you did on my box.  

I’m just thrilled with the whole thing and would be pleased to recommend you to anyone who’s thinking of having the ultimate humidor made.
