| Years ago, Arlin and I spoke about building a special humidor. For various reasons, I never pulled the trigger on the order. Arlin always had time to talk to me about humidors, but never pressured me into any decision I wasn't comfortable with. He was always understanding and I think he knew I was hooked, but I would finally place my order in my own time.
Approx 8 months ago I finally pulled the trigger on the order. Mostly because I've been out of the country this year and a custom humidor would be a nice thing to come home to and being away made the wait more tolerable. Arlin had a recently received shipment of burled maple that held promise for a beautiful humidor. I took the plunge. I think Arlin has created a real masterpiece for me that I will treasure forever.
I can't say enough about how Arlin treated me as a customer. Because I was out of the country, he fully documented the construction process for me and posted pictures out the internet so I could watch things progress.
