| It truly is beautiful. It's much more like an old fashioned piece of furniture than a standard humidor. I keep it upstairs at the top of the stairs and can't stop going up there to look at it. If it weren't for the fact that I had to go to sleep, that thing would never get seasoned. I just can't wait to get my cigars resting in their new home!". --- Additional comments from Tom:
"Well, I got my humidor yesterday and WOW! What a great piece of furniture. If you're looking for a slick, production line humidor, don't call Arlin. This thing is truly beautiful. Not one part of this box can be called cheap. The hinges, handles, lock and construction are about as solid as you'll see. The finish has a great old fashioned look (I chose Birdseye Maple) and the lid fits the base like a glove.
When I first opened the box, I thought I was looking at a piece of furniture that my grandma handed down to my mom and now resides with my sister. This box will be a joy to all future generations of my family (even if California bans all smoking).
The best part of all is that nobody will ever have a box that looks like mine as each is a custom creation.
In short, I love it. "
